Job Description For Event Executive Vacancies In VIWELL 2022:
Event Executive
VIWELL is seeking a self-motivated and outgoing Event Executive to assist our organization in delivering events that builds business relationships, generates excitement around our organization, and amplifies brand awareness.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Ensures all events support departmental and business objectives are compliant with brand guidelines, internal policies, agreed standards, legislation, and regulation.
· Works with internal colleagues and external agencies where appropriate to deliver the events programme.
· Works successfully with the Marketing Operations team to set up and maintain processes for events organisation including building and maintaining contact lists, logistics, promotion, delegate management and impact assessment.
· Provides advice on where external events can add value and challenges when necessary.
· Manage the day-to-day handling of our events team social channels, adapting content to suit different channels.
· Stay up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve, making recommendations to leadership on the latest suitable trends and techniques.
· Set targets to increase event awareness and customer engagement.
· Work with our graphic designers, photographers, translators, and other media-production specialists integral to the completion of marketing projects.
· Experience of managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers
· Attend on-site corporate events which might require long and odd working hours.
· Works with leadership to take the pulse of overall business activity to identify cross-marketing opportunities.
· Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies.
- Liaise with Event Managers & Management with regards to all customer requirements & any changes to bookings.
Role Required Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree of BA, Marketing or equivalent.
· 3 years of Experience of planning and executing external events and exhibitions management.
· Preferably studies of Event Management.
· Updated Knowledge of best practices in events and marketing.
· A passion for creating and maintaining brand and house style.
· Ability to negotiate the best possible rates to control cost levels.
· Ability to work with databases and use CRM.
· Experience in the wellbeing industry is preferred.
