- Making sure that each offer is presented in the best possible light on the marketplace
- Optimising the internal processes to improve team efficiency
- Ensuring internal sheets are filled in properly and maintained at a high standard
- Swift fulfilment of all rewards to users from our marketplace
- Ad hoc operational tasks that extend beyond the team into the global expansion and marketing teams
