In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for clients, including pre and post-client interaction throughout the sales process, driving sustainable growth in sales with a focused time-bound consultative and decisive approach to attain revenue growth and maintain customers retention to ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Your key duties:
- Adopt innovative sales strategies to ensure we remain the top preferred supplier in the market.
- Consult with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs and systems requirements.
- Conducting weekly customer visits.
- Respond to inquiries and send quotations expeditiously.
- Submitting a daily visit report and quotations tracker.
- Identify potential customers and increase the sales business share in the market.
- Maintain successful relationships with internal teams in sales, finance, logistics...etc.
- Assume the responsibility of payment collection in collaboration with credit control and finance teams.
- Assist customers who have problems with installed products and recommend improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
- Achieve mutually agreed-on sales targets for specific products and segments in a given profile.
- Diploma/Engineering holder.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in Bahrain.
- Knowledge of Pneumatic Tools and pneumatic Pumps.
- Knowledge of Industrial Zones and customers in Bahrain.
- Strong in technical knowledge and understanding.
- Effective communicator, decision-maker, and problem solver.
- Goal-driven, young, and representable.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Having a valid Bahrain driver’s license.
- Experience in CRM will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Air Compressors will be an added advantage.
