About The Job
Your responsibilities are:
- You will be responsible in recording and processing all reservation inquiries made by phone, or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets.
- Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or cancelling reservations
- Process reservations from the Sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents
- Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
- Advise customers regarding promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience.
- Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates, and events
- Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
What we need from you:
- Minimum 2 years call-centre or hotel operations experience,
- Advanced in writing and speaking English and Russian
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate voco™ service standards
