JOB DESCRIPTION:
tter expert, providing knowledge, expertise, following and sharing best practices on NYDA’s Business Development Services. Responsible for documenting programme related policies and procedures, as well as framework for product implementation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update NYDA financial and non-financial support Policies and Procedure documentation for approval by appropriate NYDA governance structures
- Ensure documentation is updated as per NYDA Governance principles/ prescripts
- Develop and maintain frameworks/ additional guidelines for the delivery of Business Development Services that provides additional guidelines and elaborates on programme implementation; areas commonly found issues in programme implementation
- Ensure programme evaluations are conducted annually by the Strategy Unit
- Incorporate findings from programme evaluations conducted by the strategy unit
- Develop tools to enforce and monitor product integration of NYDA products and services through the organisations network of centres and districts
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in development of BDS products / programmes (Grants and Vouchers).
- Experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of Business Development interventions offered by other organisations
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members
