Network And Information Security Officer – (22001037)

1. Gathering information about the needs of systems and supplies for network processing and servers (servers).
2. Assist in the design, development and implementation of network infrastructure, network systems, and security devices.
3. Installation of operating systems, network supplies and systems.
4. Provide the necessary data to implement the operations of controlling access to the network, information and other systems and their uses in accordance with the specific authorities in coordination with the concerned parties.
5. Follow up the work of the main network, the internal network and all the computer and technical equipment and the various support systems used.
6. Contribute to the application of electronic interconnection programs between all software sub-systems in the institution
7. Monitoring the flow of information and ensuring its security, giving priorities, blocking operations, general oversight, control and treatment of intrusions.
8. Contribute to the implementation of the periodic and preventive maintenance of devices and auxiliary operating systems to ensure their readiness and follow-up performance, and to modify and update them to ensure the achievement of the required efficiency
9. Preparing reports on network status, frequent breakdowns, and any security related issues.
10. Planning, implementing and following up the information security program, so that it is integrated with the procedures of the entity as a whole
11. Coordination with senior management to identify and develop information assets at the entity level, and secure their handling and management
12. Planning a methodology for assessing, developing and updating the information security risks of the entity, with confirmation that it is constantly reviewed and updated in coordination with the entity’s senior management.
13. Ensure that appropriate operational controls are identified and implemented according to the results of the risk assessment
14. Develop the necessary policies and procedures according to the results of the risk assessment
15. Ensure the entity’s compliance with the information security program, submit reports on the status of the implementation of the information security system to the Information Security Steering Committee
16. Assist and support senior management in carrying out their responsibilities towards information security

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields from a recognized university.

Experience and its fields

No professional experience in related fields is required.

Languages

Fluency in Arabic and English in writing, reading and speaking.
