We are looking for candidates interested in working either 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. No experience necessary! Located in Saline, Michigan, MMI Engineered Solutions is an established but growing enterprise providing world-class engineering solutions for advanced composites and engineered resins.
First Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Second Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm
Third Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am

- Competitive wages are starting at $16/hour
- $800 Sign on bonus for employees in good standing

Our Injection Molding Press Operators are responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines, inspecting parts, and trimming and secondary press side assembly operations. As a Press Operator with MMI Engineered Solutions, you must be reliable and maintain a high level of attention to detail as well as an unwavering commitment to safety.
Qualifications:
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- A solid work history.
- Good interpersonal/communication skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of products.
- The drive to assist team members with other tasks as required.
