Zendesk Optimization Consultant

Impact
As a Zendesk Optimization Consultant you will be responsible for optimizing the Zendesk solutions for our clients. You will act as a consultant towards our clients, giving proactive advice, contributing in optimization workshops and executing optimizations in the Zendesk solution. In this role, you will work directly with clients and our internal Zendesk and tech teams.
The job
This position requires you to have experience in consultancy in CRM systems and optimizing customer experience/support processes. You will use your talent in discovering optimization opportunities and be a good communicator with a proactive mindset. The job also requires good project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Client advisory for Zendesk solution and it’s integration possibilities.
- Executing Zendesk/CRM optimizations for clients.
- Contributing as Zendesk domain expert in client workshops.
- Creating optimization strategy roadmaps together with our clients and internal automation team.
- Work closely with Automation, Information Security, Architect Office, and Product Owner to deliver CRM components of larger scale projects.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years Zendesk consulting or support experience / equivalent CRM experience
- Zendesk Admin Qualification
- Experience in improving CX processes
- Experience in omnichannel integrations
- Agile Project Management experience (e.g. Scrum)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Team player, proactive and inventive
