Service Technician
Our client, a leading developer, producer and distributor of hydraulic bolt tensioning tools and torque wrenches is looking to hire a Service Technician for their office based in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
Experience in Motors repair, Hydraulic tools repair, or bolting
Frequently Travel between UAE and Saudi Arabia and may it require to be relocated to KSA within 2 years
Ability to recommend the spare part list needed
Maintain documentation of tools maintenance and repair procedures for future reference procedures.
Maintain inventory control of tools and parts and keep updating it on a regular basis
Applies computer programs to track and update jobs and service requests
Safely operates forklifts, man-lifts, and equipment, adhering to safety standards
Have a workshop mindset
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.
Able to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary.
Solid Knowledge and familiarity with safety codes.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment-
Supporting the logistics supervisor in preparation of import & export documents when necessary
Team-oriented & excellent communication
Very high attention to details & numbers
Interested in continuous improvements
Flexibility to work in a small team and in coordination with ITH Germany team
Requirements:
Bachelor`s Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering
5 – 7 years of experience in servicing and maintenance field
